End-February is the perfect season to invest in the Oran Hermès slides! After a few weeks, they will be sold out all summer long on the official Hermès website.

Regarding the sizing of the slides its best to take a half size up if you have a wide foot, otherwise stick to your normal size. With all that being said you still can't beat going directly in an Hermès boutique and trying them out first hand.

Woody mules by Chloé, 295€

Aren't they gorgeous in white?! While I have not had the opportunity to wear them both over a long term period I couldn't help but notice the Oran Hermès felt much stronger and more durable than their counterpart the Chloé's. However I have to admit no matter how much I attempt to convince myself that they are the better buy, I am inevitably drawn to the Chloé sliders. What do you guys think? Which model did you try? LOCK IT FLAT MULE Best summer 2021 shoes accessories

Here is some of the Louis Vuitton version of sliders. From my prior experience with similar Louis Vuitton footwear I found them to be not only decent quality but also quite exceptional when it came to water resistance, not to mention comfortable. I personally think the LV Circle accessory in gold-color metal is a bit too much but, why not?!

Vlogo Signature Slide Sandales by Valentino, 520€

Valentino Garavani grainy cowhide sandal with VLogo Signature has numerous similarities to that of the Louis Vuitton in my opinion, mostly in the shape and styling but also in the size and placement of the logo. I have personally never been a big fan of Valentino, but I definitely would turn down a pair in that lovely tan color!

Mules Cord by Chanel, 990€

WOW the way they were able to make use of these materiel's looks amazing but I dont think they look quite in with the times if you know what I mean?! Let me know what you think in comments below or on Instgaram. For the price I would go for the Slingback and not for slides!

Tribute Mules by Yves Saint Laurent, 495€

It seems like all the major brand names are not going overly crazy with their color choices when it comes to the slides with one exception, Hermès. And as for Yves Saint Laurent they have released these two as shown above, while it is a rather limited selection I cant help but feel they did rather well in pulling off a perfect combination of simplicity and charm, unfortunately Zara has copied and released strikingly similar models in the past.

Effortless style with a timeless look, I dont think you can go wrong with this model alongside a Book Tote of the same color. These 2 accessories have become a staple of the Dior aesthetic and will never become outdated.

Lennyo Slides by Isabel Marant, 390€

Birkenstock Arizona model has chosen to stick with much the same style which has worked well for them in the past. The Isabel Marant are 100% cow leather for the insole and calfskin for the top. They are made in Portugal. Do you consider them as luxury slides?
